My sympathies are with the entire Votto family. I remember Frank, an upper classman at CHS, always walking casually around with a gentle demeanor and always with a smile on his face. He never walked by a soul, without acknowledging them, one of which was me. I have never forgotten that. What a great proof of character. I'm know he is sadly missed. I will pray for all of you left behind.
