I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that you are never alone. You can find much comfort in God’s Word, the Bible, which assures us at Psalms 34:18 that God is close to those broken at heart and crushed in spirit. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Dear Mommy, I miss you so much, yet I am comforted by your admission that you had accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Knowing that is reassuring, because I know now you are with the Lord, not suffering, and reunited with Daddy and all our family. I am so grateful that I was holding your hand when you took "your last breath" and I don't know if you heard it at that moment, but I said "I love you" and I really do. I'm so sorry that I could not be there for your Memorial Service due to serious health problems, I hope you will forgive me. These arrangements have been difficult for Kim, but she was determined to carry out your wishes, and honor you with this service. Ray will be there to pay tribute to you as well, you would be proud of them. Thank you for all you did for me while growing up, amd as am adult, I always tried to make you proud of me. I will continue to live for the Lord, so I may see you again in the future. Once again, I love you, will miss you, but will see you again some day. Love Dave

Dear Mom: Thank-You for everything! You did your best to set me up for success in the past and the future. I will miss you! Esp. when I had my gripe-a-thon session and you would lend an ear and let me to make my own right decision. I am selfish for the miss I will have for you but faith tells me to be happy for you now as you'll be in Paradise w/No suffering or pain + be 33 yrs. old again. This is what faith is all about. So, I am happy for you in you new journey. I hope to see you soon. Like the blink of an eye with earthy human time. So, 'till later then. I know your in God's great hands! Now you can relax and enjoy and don't worry, I'll be OK. Love, your son Ray.
