Dear Phyllis and Family - So very sorry to hear of Tom's passing. We had some great times in Troop 92. Tom's chili was the best! We loved your apple pies too, Phyllis. Good memories. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers.

To my darling Phyllis, you were Tom's forever love,
When my brother Bob phoned early this morning telling me of Tom's loss, like everyone who knew him, I am totally shaken. I met Tom probably 60 years ago when we moved to Cheshire, grew up with him and later met you, loved you both so much. I am so very happy when back in Cheshire for a few hours last summer with my daughter's family we stopped at the farm and got to see him and then a few weeks later at our 50th HS reunion. Life with Tom must have been a joy every day for the two of you, he adored you from the start! Please know Herb and I will have you and your family in our prayers for strength to get you through this most difficult time. Love,
Cheryl in Phoenix AZ

Rest in Peace Farmer Tom. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the entire Perry Family. Please know that "Farmer Tom" will always carry a special place in our hearts. The time he took to explain things about the bees and the farm to our son never went unappreciated. May you find some comfort in knowing that he made a difference in this world and will be sadly missed. All the best - John, Angela and TJ Guido

It was 1968 , on a balmy summer night. We had just come from having dinner with Phyllis ( Tink) and Tom and 2 other couples. Our spirits were high...could have been the wine, when we came upon a large group,of young people at a nearby hotel lounge. It was a class reunion going on...whose...didn't have a clue. So, feeling euphoric, we all sashayed into, the giant room, pulsating with good rock and roll. We proceeded to dance, have a little more wine, and mixed with the class members as if we belonged there.
Next thing I know, there is Tom and Phyllis joined in a large circle of " non- classmates". .....singing their school anthem. I was laughing so hard, I could not stand up. What a night! We had such a wonderful time. The Reunion Crashers.
Many fond memories. Much love, Tink,
Kathy and Robert

Dear Phyllis and Family: We are so shocked and saddened to hear of Tom's passing. Having just seen him this summer and he seemed healthy, it is hard to comprehend that he is gone. It seems like just a few years ago I was in your wedding. Tom was too young, he still had so much to do. There is nothing we can say or do to ease your pain, it is raw and it will be for a very long time. I wish so much that there was a way to make the pain go away but it never will, it will only ease a little with time but like a large deep gash, it will heal, scab over, scab will fall off and the scar will remain. It may diminish somewhat but the scar will always be there. All you can do is take one day or one hour at a time and place your faith with God, for it is he that will carry you through this very difficult time and the next year, what I call "the year of firsts." I am here when you are ready and need to talk. 352-237-0252. With sympathy and love, Lindsay and Bob
