To the Brandolini family! Our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy on the passing of a truly wonderful man. What a legacy he leaves behind! We will always remember and treasure our visit with the Brandolinis on that Labour Day weekend many years ago. Ernie and Barbara's house was beautiful, the grounds were magnificent, and the hospitality was fun and gracious. It was an extension of the loveliness of the people, for sure. Just know that there's another star in that night sky now. We know he'll be greatly missed. XOX

To Jim and the Brandolini family. My deepest sympathies on the passing of Ernie. I have alot of fond memories of Ernie, particularly when we shared good times at the annual Greater Hartford Open. He will live on in our memories and as I like to say, left a big ripple in the pond.

To Jim and the Brandolini family, I am so sorry to learn of Ernies passing. He was truly one of a kind and I have so many fond memories of my visits to Modern Mtrs. He was a great guy who raised a good son and family. My heartfelt sympathy also goes out to his right hand "wife" Barbara who as we used to say completed a pair that beat four of a kind. Its been a few years since I saw Ernie but I will always remember him, his wit, his charm and his humanity. Rest in peace Ernie, Aruba will be a little emptier without you.

Rest in Peace my dear friend and boss Ernie Brandolini (Mr. B). I first meet Ernie in 1973 when I was recently discharged from the Air Force and looking for employment. Ernie was just starting Modern Mazda, along with Freddie Cohen and Stew Savelle, and hired me. He taught me so many life lessons throughout my many years of employment and friendship. Ernie endured more hardships than most people could ever deal with. Each time he would pick himself up and start over with his beloved Barbara by his side.Because of his leadership and friendship, we would all pitch-in and do whateverit took to help make Modern Mazda- Modern Motors succeed. Erie was always there for his employees showing respect not only to us but also to our families. He was the most influential businessman I've had the pleasure to be acquainted with in my life. My thoughts and prayers are with Barbara and the entire Brandolini family.
