Obituary of Anthony Remokitis

Mr. Anthony R. Bobby Remokitis, 62, of 84 Glenbrook Ave, Waterbury, died Friday July 27, 2007 at his home. He was the husband of Margaret (King) Remokitis. Mr. Remokitis was born December 30, 1944 in Waterbury a son of the late Anthony J. and Marjorie (Fisher) Remokitis and was a lifelong Waterbury resident. He attended Washington School and was a truck driver for several area trucking companies, including T& C Trucking, LoRusso Trucking, Gasparri Trucking and Sealy Mattress Co, retiring after many years of service. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed meeting his friends at Hamilton Park. Mr. Remokitis was a Communicant of St. Francis Xavier Church. Besides his wife he leaves two sons, Scott Anthony Remokitis of Jupiter, FL and Steven Louis Remokitis of Canton, NC, two daughters, Sheri Lynn Remokitis of Jupiter, FL and Tina Marie Remokitis of West Palm Beach, FL, two sisters, Maryann Simmons and Linda Stanco both of Waterbury, five grandchildren, Matthew Fazzino, Jr, Melissa Fazzino, Nickolas Dellaquilla, Alexis Bourque and Bailey Remokitis. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.Funeral services for Mr. Remokitis will be held Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. from the Mulville Funeral Home 270 West Main St. to St. Francis Xavier Church 625 Baldwin St. for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. Burial services will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery in Waterbury. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 5 to 8 p.m
