Obituary of Ronald Carusillo

Cheshire Mr. Ronald Carusillo Sr., 64, of Larson Ave died Sunday September 23, 2007. He was the husband of Phyllis L (Cowing) Carusillo. Mr. Carusillo was born in Waterbury, the son of the late Angelina Gursky. He was a long time Cheshire resident and local businessman; he was also a member of the Connecticut Ski Council, and the Meriden Ski Club. Besides his wife of 41 years Mr. Carusillo is survived by his two sons Ronald Carusillo Jr. and his wife Deborah (Lavorgna) Carusillo of Waterbury, Stephen P. Carusillo of Cheshire, a daughter Kimberly A. Stevens and her husband James of Naugatuck, five brothers Edward, Joseph, Dennis, Richard, and David, ten grandchildren PJ, Samantha, Brianna, Katie, Jordan, Drew, Gina, Emilee, Jim, Justin, and two aunts Betty Senziola of Waterbury and Madeline Cialella of Southington. Arrangements - A funeral will be held on Friday 9:15 a.m. from the Slater Funeral Home, 242 S. Main St., Cheshire to St. Bridgets Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Waterbury. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
