Obituary of Constance Lizauskas
Mrs. Constance B. (Paukstis)(Colucci) Lizauskas, 88, of Naperville, Ill. and a longtime resident of Prospect, died Monday Nov. 19, 2007 at Edwards Hospital in Naperville, Ill. She was the widow of Ferdinand Colucci and Charles G. Lizauskas Mrs. Lizauskas was born in Waterbury, Oct. 12, 1919, a daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes Paukstis and had been a former resident of Farmington, Naperville and Prospect, until returning to Naperville 6 weeks ago. She grew up in Waterbury, attended and graduated from Waterbury Catholic High School. A homemaker, she had worked for many years at McGuire Mfg. of Prospect. While a resident of Naperville, she had resided at River Place, The Arbors and Spring Meadows. She enjoyed shopping with her daughter, daughters-in-law and granddaughters, playing Bingo, reading, cooking and corresponding with friends and relatives. She loved and enjoyed her family and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She leaves two sons, Michael Colucci and his wife Frances of Naperville, Ill. And Thomas Colucci and his wife Michelle of Arlington, ; one daughter, Sharon Gemelli and her husband Wayne of Torrington; 4 grandchildren Angela Collucci, Karin Colucci, Matthew Messner and Craig Messner. She was predeceased by six siblings, Frank, Joseph, Henry, her twin sister, Della and Anne and Agnes. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery, Prospect.
