I never had the privilage of meeting Lt Brown. I worked with Rick at the New Milford Police Department. Lt Brown was known throughout the Law Enforcement community as a man of integrity and compassion. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Rick, If I can do anything to help you with your loss, my dad died 13 years ago, contact me. Bruce
