Obituary of Irene Kosa
Mrs. Irene Elizabeth (Fulep) Kosa, 92 o12/f 3396 East Main St., Waterbury, and a former longtime resident of Naugatuck, died early Sunday evening at Cheshire House in Waterbury. She was the widow of Alexander Kosa, Jr. Mrs. Kosa was born in Wallingford, Dec. 11, 1915, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Rose (Veres) Kosa and had been a Naugatuck resident for over 54 years, prior to moving to Waterbury about 4 years ago. She was a member of the Hillside Covenant Church of Naugatuck She leaves one daughter, Margaret R. Kosa of Naugatuck; 3 sons, Alexander Kosa, III and his wife, Virginia of Waterbury, John L. Kosa and his wife Jacqueline of New Britain, and Frank J. Kosa and his wife Elaine of Enfield; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Hillside Covenant Church of Naugatuck, 100 Hillside Ave. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery, Naugatuck.
