Martha, we were saddened to hear of Bill's death. It has been many years since we transferred to Arkansas from CT. wtih Remington; 38 to be exact. We had some lovely dinners with you and Bill. You will both be remembered in our thoughts and prayers.

MARTHA, I WAS SADDEN TO READ OF BILL'S PASSING. WE HAD A LONG AND PLEASANT RELATIONSHIP EVER SINCE WE MET WHEN THE ECUMENICAL COUNCIL WAS ORGANIZED IN WATERBURY AND WE BOTH PARTICIPATED IN ITS ACTIVITIES. WE WAS A SPLENDID GENTLEMAN AND I HAD THE GREATEST RESPECT AND ADMIRATION FOR HIM. MAY GOD REST HIS SOUL. MY BEST WISHES TO YOU. GEORGE
