Obituary of Ronald O'Gorman

Mr. Ronald Eugene OGorman, 69, of 68 Ernest Ave., died Friday morning Jan. 25, 2008 at the Waterbury Hospital. He was the husband of Virginia D. (Andreano) OGorman.Mr. OGorman was born in West Hartford, Jan. 3, 1939, a son of the late Francis T. and Irene (Lanctot) OGorman and had been a Waterbury resident for most of his life. He attended local schools and was a graduate of Leavenworth High School. He was a Little League Coach in the Waterbury Boys League for over 16 years, coaching the Athletic As and the Waterville Raiders.Besides his wife of 45 years, he leaves two sons, Greg OGorman of Highlands Ranch, Colo. and Randy OGorman of Waterbury; one sister, Eileen Thompson of Waterbury and 2 grandchildren, Dylan and Tara OGorman of Highlands Ranch, Colo.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 785 Highland Ave. Waterbury. Friends are asked to meet directly at the church prior to mass. Burial will be private in Calvary Cemetery. There are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Waterbury is in charge of arrangements.
