Obituary of Eleanor DiCorpo

Watertown, CT- Eleanor Struff DiCorpo, 82, of 319 Thomaston Rd, Unit 1 passed away March 4, 2008 at her home. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband George A. DiCorpo. Eleanor was born July 17th, 1925 in Manchester, CT and was the daughter of John and Viola Oliver Struff. Eleanor attended Manchester High School and Cambridge Secretarial School. She was employed at MacDermid Inc for 38 years prior to her retirement in 1985. Eleanor was a member of St. John Evangelist Church. She was also a volunteer at Waterbury Hospital. Eleanor is survived by her nephew John and his wife Deborah Struff of Bolton, CT, several nieces, and her dear friend Mary Isabelle of Thomaston, CT. She was pre-deceased by her brother John J. Struff Jr. Arrangements- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on March 7, 2008 at St. John the Evangelist Church 574 Main Street Watertown, CT at 9 A.M Calling Hours will be held from 8:30 until the time of mass. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Alderson Funeral Home 70 Central Ave Waterbury, CT 06702 is in charge of the arrangements.
