Obituary of Betty Faber

Betty Jane Faber, 81, passed away Tuesday March 25, 2008 at Haven Health Care in Waterbury, CT. She was the husband of Raymond Faber. Betty was born April 6th, 1926 and was the daughter of Clarence and Mae (Goldsmith) Petrauskas. She was a graduate of Crosby High School in Waterbury, CT class of 1943. Betty was a member of St. Johns Episcopal Church in Waterbury, CT. Betty was a avid golfer and softball player. She was a two time golf champion at East Mountain golf course, and a golf champion at Western Hills golf course. She also was a all- star shortstop for the Scovills Industrial League. Besides her husband, Betty is survived by her son Robert R. Faber of Florida and her sister Shirley Goldsmith of Manchester, NH and three grandchildren. Arrangements- There are no services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. The Alderson Funeral of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave, Waterbury, CT 06710 is in charge of the arrangements.
