What can I say about my Uncle Charles? Nothing no-one doesn't already know. He was the Best Uncle ever and I have a life time of memories stored in my head and heart to last me the rest of mt life. He was fun, fair, honest and many other great qualities I could list forever. Just know we loved him and will miss him.

I am so sorry for the loss of a good man. Chuck was always nice to me and was always there when I needed a friend to talk to. He was always a gruff ol' bear on the out side and a teddy bear inside. I did not know he was sick and I hope the family and friends will find comfort in knowing is isn't suffering anymore. Rest in Peace Chuck ♥♥♥ My thoughts and prayers are with all his family and friends. God Bless.

I had the pleasure of spending a few 4th of July gatherings in Weston with Charles and our families. I was a little boy back then and can remember them vividly. I will never forget the day Charles and my father (Joe) went down the road from the house and set off a "paint can military smoke bomb." They drove the tractor down the road from the house and, Oh my gosh. The entire neighborhood was full of smoke. I tell the story today still to friends, family, and my own children and everybody always gets a laugh. I will always remember. RIP Charles. My condolences. Jay Stumpf, Tucson, Arizona
