Obituary of Anne Attenberg
WOLCOTT - On June 24, 2015 at 5:30pm the world lost the brightest light, Shelly Attenberg (Anne Michele) beloved wife of Mel and mother to Stacy and Nikki. She had an incredible passion for life and was a positive inspiration for many. She was a very compassionate woman who had love for animals and people. She was loved by everyone who met her even if only for a short period of time and left her ray of light wherever she went. She was a talented artist and crafter who had a passion for knitting and crocheting and her accomplishments in her brief lifetime were vast. She will be buried next to her parents in Waterbury which is what she would've wanted. Most recently she worked for the Jewish Family Services where she was welcomed with open arms and loved and appreciated for her hard work. She was well respected by everyone she worked with and well loved, prior to her passing she was promoted to administrator there. She will be sorely missed by everyone.
