Obituary of Sheryl S. Heinrichs

CHESHIRE- Sheryl S. Heinrichs, 69, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Masonic Healthcare Center in Wallingford.

Ms. Heinrichs was born September 9, 1948 in Windsor, VT daughter of the late Richard and Mary (Abbott) Sterling.

Sheryl graduated from Woodstock High School Class of 1966, and then went on to Castleton University where she received her degree to become a Registered Nurse. She worked at Brattleboro Retreat Psychiatric Hospital and later moved to Cheshire, CT and furthered her nursing career for the next 40 years at St. Raphael’s Hospital.

Ms. Heinrichs is survived by her daughter Katherine and her husband Mark Barriger of Wallingford; two brothers Jon and his wife Tamara Sterling, and Robert Sterling and wife Muffie both of Vermont; a sister Maryanne Seymour of New Hampshire; and three grandsons Jeremy, Thomas, Hunter, with a fourth grandson Matthew on the way.

Arrangements- A celebration of life for Sheryl will be held at later date, and there are no calling hours. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St, 06410, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
