Harvey will be so missed by all, I had the honor of working with Harvey part time at IBM in Southbury while I was a State Environmental Police Officer. Harvey always commented on the sharp uniform, he was always so happy and the night call to his wife always put a smile on his face a mile long. We had many a discussion on the Lord and heaven. I will miss my old friend from IBM. God bless you Harvey.
