I would like to send my deepest regrets for the passing of David. My family and I attended church services with him and on occasion I would help David with the collection plate and communion. He was very funny and made me laugh as we followed the congregation to receive communion. We would often discuss historical figures, especially Ben Franklin. Ben, We were very saddened when Kate contacted us about your father's death. Doris had many stories about his work with the Masons and Ted helping him with the hydroponic farm. We also remember the wonderful years we all had at St. Peter's Church and how active your father was. Dear Martha, So sorry to hear of David's passing. I got the news from Marilyn last night. It's been more than a while since we were all at your home in Connecticut, with the kids playing on the floor and me writing a term paper in your patio. (I remember your saying that I looked like "the woodlands poet".) Marilyn said you'd be spending some time with your children in the next few weeks. Please pass along my condolences to them (although you might need to add a little information as to who I am). I hope everything is reasonably stable for you in the future.
