As you all know, Joe did the ceilings in our 'new' real estate office in 1979, just a few weeks before his fall ( I think that our office was the next to the last job he did before the accident up in Nob Hill) and I can remember him coming to our Christmas party in Dec. 1979; what a handsome man he was! (Says Barbara). In any event, we think of him often. Barbara Hulteen and I extend our sincere condolences to Marlene and both you boys, Wayne and Tom, (talk about passing on good looks; I must have heard it a hundred times; how handsome Joe's sons are!)
