Dear Sandra, Allen, Edward and Mark's children, I would like to let you all know how sorry I am for the loss of Mark. I used to play with Mark and Sandra when we were young children. We had gone to Eli Whitney Elementary School in Meriden together. I have many happy memories of Mark and Sandra during that time. I thought of you all many times throughout the years and always wondered where you all chose to make your home.
